At Constant Comment Catering, we cater with you in mind--big or small we do it all.  We can prepare a customized menu for any event, whether it is a business retreat or a private party at your home.  We work with you to help you plan your event while working within your budget.

We are a family owned and operated business. Betty Hilton has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She was a Catering Manager at a the Holiday Inn for eight years in the state of Washington and the General Manager at Amado Territory Ranch in Amado, Arizona for ten years. She has handled every thing from preparing breakfast to catering for lunches, dinners, weddings and special events.

Gary Pederson was the chef at the Black Angus Restaurant in Bellevue, Washington, and has been the breakfast cook at Amado Territory Inn, in Amado, Arizona.  His wife, Saida Pederson, is excellent at preparing authentic Mexican food.

We cater breakfasts, lunches (including box lunches or picnics), dinners, special events with your choice of buffet or sit down meals for parties from 2 to 200.

We service the area from Tucson to Nogales.

We offer a full catering service for Tucson, Sahuarita, Green Valley, Amado, Arivaca, Tubac, Rio Rico and Nogales, Arizona.
